Method and caveats

Times are when each PR was opened on GitHub, converted to London time for both companies. If I worked other hours at PostHog, the PostHog curve shifts.
A typical day is the median across days with at least one PR. First and last times are medians of each day's first and last PR, so on days with one PR they are the same moment.
Opening a PR is the visible end of a piece of work, not all of it. Reviewing, planning and talking to people happen between the dots.
Source: the same 859 PostHog and 1,638 Tano PRs as the other two infographics. Almost none were opened at weekends at either company.
